The vertical steel pipe straightening machine is a metallurgical device used to straighten metal profiles, bars, pipes, wires, and so on. The main types include pressure straightening machines, balanced roller straightening machines, and inclined roller straightening equipment. The machine features a vertical setup with bidirectional drive, equipped with two sets of staggered straightening rollers that squeeze the steel pipe. Through changes in angles, the pipe undergoes continuous elastic deformation to correct bending defects. Standard models can achieve a straightening accuracy of up to ≤0.3mm/m.


Our ACA group, can customize the machines based on the user's required pipe diameter range and straightening accuracy, configuring different numbers of rollers and conveyor systems. The straightened pipes can achieve a linear accuracy of less than 1.5mm.

For example, ACA's fully automatic vertical straightening machine comes with a seven or ten-roller setup, can straighten at speeds up to 30m/min, and handle steel pipes with a maximum diameter of Φ920mm and a wall thickness of 80mm. After straightening, the pipe's local bend per meter is less than 1.5mm and the total bend of the pipe does not exceed 0.15% of its length. It uses PLC intelligent control.
