High-Speed & High-end ERW pipe equipment is a professional set of machinery used to produce straight seam welded pipes through high-frequency resistance welding. Take its high-precision forming and efficient welding features, ERW/HF welded tube widely applied in industries such as oil and gas transportation, municipal pipelines, and building structures.

This video shows one of our ERW straight seam welded pipe production lines that can produce pipes with diameters of 50-165mm, currently running at a domestic user's factory. The steel pipes produced have a thickness of 2.0mm-10.0mm. Welding speeds reach 30-130 meters per minute, offering high production efficiency and stable weld quality.  The oil and gas pipeline production line (APL Tube Mill )comes with a high-speed cutting machine and fully automatic steel pipe stacking and bundling equipment, greatly boosting the automation level of steel pipes.

ACA Groups technical team has nearly 20 years of experience in designing and manufacturing high-frequency welded pipe equipment. We can produce and supply straight seam welded pipe equipment covering the full range of ERW pipe units (mainstream pipe sizes φ12mm-φ710mm). Some high-end models can achieve digital automatic die changes without manual parameter adjustments, with changeover efficiency improved by more than 80%. A single production line, by replacing certain forming roll molds, can produce round, square, and shaped pipe line.
