This is a complete TPEP anti-corrosion pipeline production line installed and operated by our ACA group at a Kazakhstan user's factory. This production line is suitable for large-scale anti-corrosion treatment of steel pipes with diameters ranging from DN560 to DN3600, achieving an annual output of 50,000 tonnes. The production line uses a fully automated intelligent control system.
The TPEP coating anti-corrosion pipeline production line is a set of industrial equipment designed for automated production of composite anti-corrosion layers with 'internal fusion-bonded epoxy powder and external three-layer polyethylene'. Our company manufactures complete 3PE/TPEP/FEB anti-corrosion pipeline production line equipment. Depending on the intended use, the produced pipes comply with the SY/T0413 standard for high-performance anti-corrosion steel pipes and the GB/T23257-2009 standard for polyethylene anti-corrosion layers on buried steel pipes, meeting the requirements of municipal pipeline projects for water supply, heating, and natural gas.
The technical features of our ACA anti-corrosion pipeline production line:
1. High-precision multi-step coordinated control: Through the PLC variable frequency drive system, real-time synchronisation of pipe travel speed, heating power, extruder flow, and winding pitch is achieved, avoiding interlayer delamination risks.
2. Customisable production capability: Coating thickness and pipe end reserved length (80-120mm) can be adjusted as per project needs, suitable for long-distance oil and gas pipelines, high-salinity underground environments, and extremely cold regions.
3. Recycling and reuse technology: Standard with powder recovery system, recovery of sandblasting materials, and residual heat utilisation devices, significantly reducing material wastage.
4. External 3PE winding and coating technology: Three extruders separately handle epoxy primer, adhesive, and polyethylene layers synchronously, coupled with a lateral winding mechanism to precisely control PE tape tension and pitch, preventing coating blistering and wrinkling.

The vertical steel pipe straightening machine is a metallurgical device used to straighten metal profiles, bars, pipes, wires, and so on. The main types include pressure straightening machines, balanced roller straightening machines, and inclined roller straightening equipment. The machine features a vertical setup with bidirectional drive, equipped with two sets of staggered straightening rollers that squeeze the steel pipe. Through changes in angles, the pipe undergoes continuous elastic deformation to correct bending defects. Standard models can achieve a straightening accuracy of up to ≤0.3mm/m.
Welded steel pipes are made by bending steel plates or steel strips into shape and then connecting the seams using welding. Recently, the large oil and gas pipeline bending machines was made by ACA group, After on-site inspection and approval by Kazakh technicians, the pipe bender equipment was loaded and shipped to Kazakhstan.

High-Speed & High-end ERW pipe equipment is a professional set of machinery used to produce straight seam welded pipes through high-frequency resistance welding. Take its high-precision forming and efficient welding features, ERW/HF welded tube widely applied in industries such as oil and gas transportation, municipal pipelines, and building structures.
The inner wall of the steel pipe, after shot blasting, is coated with anti-corrosion powder using an internal spraying system through hot-melt spraying. This coating machine is specialized for internal epoxy powder anti-corrosion spraying of steel pipes, mainly used for pipeline anti-corrosion processing in the petroleum, water conservancy, and municipal fields. This internal pipe spraying anti-corrosion equipment mainly includes: mobile flat car, cantilever spray rod, internal spray gun, two-component spraying system, medium-frequency heating, dust collection and recovery system, and pipe end recovery dust removal equipment.
The Anti-Corrosion Coating processing production line is used to make two layer FBE, two layer PE, three layer PE (3PE), TPEP Two layer epoxy powder coated on external steel pipe (⌀57-1220mm).
