his is a foreign customer visiting our factory to inspection the FBE internal epoxy powder coating equipment they purchased. Our spraying and anti-corrosion equipment meets the high standard requirements of the customer: 1) Coating type: epoxy-phenolic powder coating with a double-layer spraying structure; 2) Coating thickness: not less than 250 microns (according to ISO 2808); 3) After the steel pipes are coated with powder anti-corrosion, the temperature cycle resistance: cycling 10 times between −40°C (16 hours) and +150°C (8 hours) (according to GOST 27037).
The inner wall of the steel pipe, after shot blasting, is coated with anti-corrosion powder using an internal spraying system through hot-melt spraying. This coating machine is specialized for internal epoxy powder anti-corrosion spraying of steel pipes, mainly used for pipeline anti-corrosion processing in the petroleum, water conservancy, and municipal fields. This internal pipe spraying anti-corrosion equipment mainly includes: mobile flat car, cantilever spray rod, internal spray gun, two-component spraying system, medium-frequency heating, dust collection and recovery system, and pipe end recovery dust removal equipment.

1. High-pressure airless technology ensures uniform coating and strong adhesion.
2. The spray gun system moves inside the pipeline, achieving all-around, no-dead-angle spraying, capable of spraying the inner walls of steel pipes with diameters of 89mm-1640mm.
3. Single-component and two-component epoxy powder systems. (We can also provide spraying equipment for two-component liquid epoxy resin coatings according to user requirements.)

Our ACA company produces and provides epoxy powder spraying production lines and intelligent internal and external epoxy resin anti-corrosion production lines for steel pipes. These can achieve synchronous coating of the inner and outer walls of steel pipes. Compared with traditional spraying processes, it can shorten spraying time by nearly 50%, reduce energy consumption, and meet 3PE anti-corrosion treatment for ultra-large steel pipes with a maximum diameter of 3200mm. Currently, it has been applied to major water supply and oil & gas pipelines exported to Russia, Kazakhstan, Egypt, Mexico, Uzbekistan, South Africa, and other countries.
