The TPEP anti-corrosion steel pipe production line can handle internal and external surface sandblasting, rust removal, and internal and external corrosion treatment for steel pipes line with diameters ranging from 159mm to 1960mm. The line has been installed at our domestic customer's factory and is ready for production.
TPEP anti-corrosion steel pipe stands for internal fusion bonded epoxy (FBE) powder coated 3PE externally. Drawing on advanced international anti-corrosion pipe production technologies and processes, ACA group independently developed and manufactured this new large-diameter pipe anti-corrosion production line. This Pipeline can produce 2PE, 3PE, internal and external hot-melt epoxy coatings, and internal epoxy, external PE, 2PE, or 3PE products. The pipe's inner wall is thermally sprayed with epoxy powder for corrosion protection. The powder is heated and sintered at high temperatures, then evenly coated on the pipe surface. Both internal and external coatings can be applied and cured simultaneously, resulting in a single-step process.

This coating machine is specialized for internal epoxy powder anti-corrosion spraying of steel pipes, mainly used for pipeline anti-corrosion processing in the petroleum, water conservancy, and municipal fields. This internal pipe spraying anti-corrosion equipment mainly includes: mobile flat car, cantilever spray rod, internal spray gun, two-component spraying system, medium-frequency heating, dust collection and recovery system, and pipe end recovery dust removal equipment.
The Anti-Corrosion Coating processing production line is used to make two layer FBE, two layer PE, three layer PE (3PE), TPEP Two layer epoxy powder coated on external steel pipe (⌀57-1220mm).
