The JCOE pipe production line processes the following steel pipes:
1. Pipe diameter: 406mm-1420mm, wall thickness: 6mm-50mm, pipe length: 6m-12m.
2. Can process steel pipes of materials: Q235A, Q345, X42, X46, X56, X60, X65, and X70.
3. Production capacity: 100,000 tons/year
4. Welding technology: Gas shielded welding is used for pre-welding, and submerged arc welding is used for final welding to ensure the quality of the weld seam.
5. Equipped with a large JCO forming machine: 12,000 tons
6. Steel pipe precision: Ovality ≤1%, Straightness deviation ≤0.2%
7. Equipped with complete JCOE pipe making machinery that meets standards such as APL: such as pipe X-ray inspection equipment, ultrasonic detectors, pipe sizing machines, and pipe hydrostatic testing machines. Customers can produce oil and gas pipelines that meet high-standard quality requirements such as ASTM 53, API Spec 5L, ASTM A252-89, and EN10217, based on market demand.
The JOCE pipemill production line is a specialized piece of equipment for manufacturing large-diameter straight seam submerged arc welded (LSAW) pipes, The LSAW Welded Pipe Production Lines employs the JCOE (JCO forming + pre-welding + internal welding + external welding) process. It features high precision and efficiency, but also complex equipment components, requiring corresponding production and supply capabilities.
ACA group, as one of the few enterprises capable of producing and supplying complete JCOE welded pipe production lines, supplies domestic and international users with JCOE welded pipe production lines capable of producing straight seam steel pipes with a maximum diameter of 1626mm, with a capacity of up to 150,000 tons per year. The main equipment performance has reached international advanced levels, and our JCO - LSAW Welded Pipe Production Lines, JCOE pipeline forming machine, have been successfully exported to Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Brazil, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Russia, and other countries. The tube mill directly forming from round tube to square pipe. Steel Pipe thickness from 3.0mm-10.0mm.
The TPEP anti-corrosion steel pipe production line can handle internal and external surface sandblasting, rust removal, and internal and external corrosion treatment for steel pipes line with diameters ranging from 159mm to 1960mm. The line has been installed at our domestic customer's factory and is ready for production.
This 3PE Anti-Corrosion Coating Machine production line is made by ACA group for Chinese buyer. The 3-Layer PE Anti-Corrosion Coating Line is for making Large-Diameter Steel Pipes size range from φ108 to φ1620mm.
The new high frequency ERW welded tube mill line is start installed at one of our China customer factory. This is the second time that the Chinese user has purchased a welded steel pipe production line from ACA company.
Multiple ERW Tube Mill production lines are shipped to domestic users in China and also shipped to foreign users via containers.
This is the situation of the Central Asian customer accepting the 3PE outer wall epoxy powder treatment production line in our factory. The production line can meet the requirements of three-layer PE anti-corrosion treatment of steel pipes with a diameter of 89mm-1220mm, the first layer of epoxy powder (FBE＞120um), the second layer of adhesive (AD) 170～250um, and the third layer of polyethylene (PE) 1.8-4.2mm.
